Well there they are. The pot pies that I made for dinner the other night. They are super easy to make and delicious!
The filling:
1 can cream of chicken soup (I used healthy request 98% fat free)
2 cups mixed vegetables
12 oz chicken/turkey (I normally use a 12 oz can of chicken)

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix up all ingredients and scoop around 8 oz or one cup into each ramekin.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese is sprinkled on top of these four before the crust.
The crust:
1 cup flour
4 oz cream cheese
2 teaspoons
1/4 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
2 teaspoons
1/4 cup milk
Put flour and baking powder into a bowl and cut in the cream cheese until the mixture is very clumpy, then add milk. Divide into 4 equal parts and create crusts for the top of the ramekins.
Bake for 20-30 min @ 400 degrees.
