Weekend Wrap-Up

It is so difficult to get all of these posts out!  I seem to be super busy once Cooper goes to bed just keeping up with the 30 Day Blog Challenge that I haven't found much time to post about the happenings of The Johnson Five!

Stephanie has moved out.  She got all of her stuff out by Saturday evening. :( We are so sad about it, but know in the long run it is what's best for her.  She moved into her Mom's house, and this should yield her the ability to feel like she's on her own because her Mom is gone quite a bit.  She and Ryan had a Halloween Party on Saturday night and they dressed like Big Bird and Buzz Lightyear.  Check this out:

Aren't they cute????
Andrew is at IU for now.  He has talked about moving home for second semester, then going to Ball State for his sophomore year.  We're not quite sure about him, but he's got to decide soon, so we'll see.  Andrew went to BSU to visit on Friday night, then was home Saturday to drop his laundry off and shower before heading to work.  We saw him for a little bit on Saturday evening, then he was out with his girlfriend, Sami.  We saw him again briefly on Sunday morning then Sunday afternoon and evening before he headed back to IU.

Friday nights we do our grocery shopping, so after that was all done, we headed home, ate a quick dinner and put Cooper to bed.  He is starting to go to bed so early these days.  Sleeping for nearly 12 hours during the night.  That is the most this kid has slept ever! :)  Mommy and Daddy are loving that he's not getting up in the middle of the night, but hate to see him go to bed so early, we don't have enough time with him in the evenings!

Saturday my Mom visited and took Tim, Cooper and me out to lunch.  We went to Chili's and it was pretty good.  Tim worked on his woodworking and then built Mom a silverwear organizer for her drawer.  She had seen the one that he made for us and she was jealous, so he made her one too.  What a man! =)

Sunday was another fun day, with all of the Halloween festivities!  You can read about Cooper's fun time and see some photos here.

That about wraps up our weekend, I didn't get to do much baking this weekend.  =(  I did make a loaf of banana chocolate chip bread, but other than that, zilch.  I'm looking forward to this holiday season.  I'll try some new recipes and fall in love again with some old ones!

Have a great week everyone!
