I agree with you about the running, I felt like it was the only good way to work up a sweat when I first started working out! I also don't keep any snacks at my house, they are dangerous for the diet :) Thanks for hosting Emily!

I had to laugh when you pointed out the stuff in the background because...I specifically shot my video on the only spot in my entire house that was clean. My last name is Smith!! && I can agree with you a hundred percent on how many people have that last name in college. Since my first name is Samantha I had such a hard time with this in college because there were like 20 other Sam Smiths!!!

Ok your son sounds just like my son! Mcdonalds happy meal chicken nuggets is about the only meat he will eat (except for hot dogs)! What will we do with these picky eaters? I also love how you LOVE running. I feel the same way but more like "liking" it, I used to despise it but it's getting better almost loving it!
