Wednesday Lovin'

It’s another Wednesday morning, I’ve got plenty to do – make the bed, fold some clothes, get lunches ready, make Cooper’s breakfast.  Yet, what am I doing?  Yeah, that’s right, I’m linking up with Jamie for another WILW.  Wednesday is my favorite time for blogging.

I love telling you all about my loves for the week!  Here are a few:

I’m loving the Crocband Wedge sandal.  It’s so cute and I’m sure super comfortable, I’ve got two pairs of Croc’s that aren’t the original clog type and I just love them, when these bad boys go on sale, I’ll be picking out a pair of them too!

I’m loving that the Indiana State Fair is right around the corner – it starts next week as a matter of fact.  The state fair is a family tradition and I’m hoping the temps aren’t too hot so that we can go and enjoy some good times and fair food!

I’m loving JCPenney!  This past weekend, my mom and I went to do a bit of shopping and I found so many good shirts at JCPenney.  I hadn’t been shopping there in awhile, so it was a pleasant surprise!

I’m loving the 100 chocolate chip recipes link from Recipe Girl!  Check it out, so many good things to try in the coming months/years!

Last but not least, I’m loving these two awesome guys!

What are you loving today? Link up with Jamie and let us know!

Terrific Tuesday

Today, I’m going to make my day terrific.  Regardless of what I’m doing, I’ve decided, it’s going to be a great day.

I am working, the temperature outside is supposed to be in the mid 90s and my hubby has to work late and has dinner with a vendor tonight.  Normally all of these things would make me dread this day, but not today.  Today I am going to be optimistic.  I am going to have a new outlook.

After work when I pick Cooper up, I’m hoping to do something fun with him.  Something more special than coming home, making dinner and then playing around the house.  Right now, I have no idea what that’ll be, do you have any suggestions?

I hope you too can make this a Terrific Tuesday, we have so many things in our lives to be thankful for, it’s time to look on the bright side of life and recognize everything isn’t all rain and storm clouds ahead! J

Happy Tuesday Friends!

Misc Monday

Can I be honest?  I'm not happy it's Monday again.  I had a great weekend and I'm ready for it to continue, not at all ready to be back at work.  But it is Monday and it is time to sit at my desk and make the donuts so to speak.

I thought since I haven't participated in Miscellany Monday lately, that I'd link up with Carissa and tell you a few randoms from my weekend.  All picture-less because I left my memory card in the camera.......  I'll load pictures to my project 365 page soon. (hopefully!)

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

{one}  I was fortunate enough to celebrate my grandfather's 74th birthday with him and lots of other family on Saturday evening.  It was super hot outside, but so wonderful to be able to share in the celebration!

{two}  My aunt baked a delicious chocolate cherry cake for the event.  It was amazing and I can't wait to get the recipe and give it a whirl myself.

{three} My Cooper and my nephew Layne were little boy wonders in the kiddie pool on Saturday night.  They were so cute.  I love how they are becoming friends and that being only 6 months apart, they'll grow up pretty close pals, at least that's our hope!

{four} Spending time with my family makes me so very thankful that we live close enough to them that we are able to visit so often!

{five} We went swimming with my mom and her husband, and had such a great time with them on Saturday afternoon and Cooper just loved swinging with his Nana! :)

That's enough random for me today, link up with Carissa and be random with us this Monday!
