2 on Tuesday

This is the first time I’ve linked up for 2 on Tuesday, but I’m excited and glad to be linking up!

Today’s topic is…..If you were stranded on a deserted island, what two items would you wish to have with you?  (My answers are purely materialistic, I am not considering people into these answers)

 1) A computer with internet.  I just don’t know if I could live without the internet.  If I had access to the internet, I could at least keep in touch with those that I cannot reach and keep up with the worlds events.

2) Unlimited groceries in a fully equipped kitchen.  Because I love to cook and bake these items would really keep me busy with something that I love!

Those are completely crazy things to wish for, but hey, that’s me, a big geek.

TGIF

It’s Friday again, and a happy Friday for me, it’s a short work day and a weekend for the family to go CAMPING!  I am so excited.  We are going to take Cooper camping for the first time.  My mom will be there, with her RV, so we will setup Cooper’s pack and play in there and he’ll sleep in there, while we sleep in the tent. 

I cannot wait to be out doors all weekend enjoying this fall weather and having a blast with my Mom, her husband and Steph and Ryan are coming down Saturday for the night.  Yay!

I’ll tell you, my car is packed like a can of sardines.  I don’t think we could fit one more thing in there, it’s super full!!

Monkey Joe’s: Bounce House City

This past weekend, the entire family went to Monkey Joe’s.  We’ve been wanting to take Cooper there for awhile, but things have been busy.  We were in such luck too, because Andrew was home and available to go, and Stephanie and Ryan were able to  come too!  
Monkey Joe’s is a local place that is filled with huge bounce houses.  There is a section for kids under 3.  That is where we stayed for the majority of the time we were there.
The kids (all of them) had a great time playing with their little brother.  I am so happy these 3 older kids are apart of Cooper’s life.  They are amazing.
Cooper had the best time with the three toddler houses.  Here are some pictures.

Misc. Monday

I haven’t linked up with Carissa for awhile, so I figured it was about time I did. 

One. Cooper got glasses.  Oh goodness, I think God must be trying to teach me patience, because making a 23 month old wear glasses is so very trying.  He is constantly taking these glasses off of his face.  So we are constantly putting them back on his face.  Sometimes it’s easier than other times.

Two.  HOT HOT HOT!  Here it was, the first Saturday in September and it was 95+ degrees outside!  We were not really excited about it, so you’ll see tomorrow what we did to occupy our time.

Three. Coupons!  I love them!  This weekend was TRIPLE coupon time at Marsh.  I don’t normally shop at Marsh, but I couldn’t resist TRIPLE coupons! I saved more than I spent, I wish I could have saved even more, but I’m happy with my 54% savings.  I’ll take it!
 
Four.  Big Brother 13.  I can’t get enough.  So glad that Danielle is gone, but wish Jeff could come back, and having Shelly gone is a great thing after she evicted Jeff.  Whoa, that was a long sentence, and I was thinking really fast, so I need to catch my breath.  Anyway, love the show, I hope Adam or Jordan win.  I just don’t care for the others but as long as Rachel doesn’t win I’m happy.
